We had a fantastic stay at this guest house. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a comfortable lounge downstairs and a good selection of DVDs to choose from. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and we were impressed with the microwave and fridge provided. The location was perfect, just across the road from the beach and about a mile from the city center. We also appreciated the convenience of having local buses pass by the hotel, making transportation easy.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

Rooms could do with updating
That it was on a busy main road, I know this was not the hotels fault. Traffic was very heavy

The wifi was available throughout the hotel, including the rooms, which was very convenient for staying connected. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service and offering good recommendations for things to do and see in the area.- The location of the hotel was fantastic, with the beach just a short walk away and the town center easily accessible. It made exploring the area very convenient.
The room we stayed in was a bit outdated and in need of some repairs. The decor could use an update and some of the fixtures were worn.

The welcome was good, the position was good and the breakfast was good. I liked the fact that we could access the internet using the hotel pc. This was useful for picking up emails and for checking in for the return flight. The bed was comfortable.
The room that was advertised as a family room was very cramped , had we need an extra bed I'm not sure where we would have put it. The shower room was extremely cramped, we had to move a table to open the door and everytime we used the loo we knocked the loo roll holder off the wall. There was a rather grubby skylight that had a rather noisy seagull family nesting next to it. The bed , although comfortable had polyester cotton sheets, very hot and itchy. The ceiling had a crack running it's length with unpainted masking tape inexpertly applied in an attempt to cover it. We looked out onto a rear patio area which was spoiled by tatty step ladders left leaning up against the wall. General shabby and tired ambience throughout apart from breakfast room.

Great breakfast selection with a variety of hot and cold options. the staff was friendly and helpful, recommending some nearby restaurants. the location was perfect, just a short walk away from the beach and local shops.
Our room was in dire need of some updating and repairs, with peeling wallpaper and a bathroom that was extremely small. the walls were paper-thin, making it difficult to sleep due to noise from nearby rooms.

We had a very pleasant and comfortable room, which was quiet, with a fridge for cold drinks and fresh milk. There was a good shower with plenty of hot water and towels. The breakfast was very good, with plenty of choice and very nicely cooked. There was a flat screen tv and dvd player in the room and a good selection of DVDs provided. The location was very convenient for the beach and also only a 10 minute walk from St. Helier. The owners were very friendly and helpful, providing lots of information on things to do in Jersey, and also arranged transport to the airport for us.

Nice no nonsence guest house.Good value. Good location. Good communications after booking on line. Convenient location. Not pretentious. Very nice full breakfast indeed, sets you up for the day!
(Room 11) Shower worked fine and bathroom new and spotless, but water flow from shower head rather poor. Bedside light not good enough for reading, but I am sure that would have been resolved had I asked.

The location of the guest house was very convenient, as it was very close to the beach and just a short distance away from the town center. the proximity to the seafront allowed for easy access to the beautiful shore and provided a peaceful atmosphere. the breakfast served at the guest house was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. the owners were also helpful and welcoming, providing useful recommendations for places to visit.
The room could have been improved, as the ensuite was quite tiny and not suitable for two people.

A clean and friendly place to stay within easy walking distance of St Helier. Inexpensive but terrific value. Excellent breakfasts and even a cosy little bar.
Squeaky floorboards. Shower is a bit stingy.
